Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited at Stay Haven Homes properties: unauthorized parties or events, exceeding the stated occupancy limit, smoking where prohibited, bringing unauthorized pets, engaging in illegal activities, and causing damage to the property or disturbance to neighbors. Violations may result in additional charges, removal from the property, cancellation or termination of the reservation, and/or other remedies permitted under applicable law and the applicable booking platform's policies.
Third-Party Booking Platforms
Stay Haven Homes properties may be listed on third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and other applicable platforms. When a reservation is made through a third-party platform, that platform's applicable terms, policies, cancellation rules, payment terms, and guest protections will also apply to the reservation. Where there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the applicable terms of a third-party booking platform, the platform's applicable terms may govern matters handled directly by that platform. Stay Haven Homes LLC is not responsible for the independent policies, systems, or actions of third-party platforms.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary depending on the booking channel and the specific property. For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com, the cancellation policy of that platform applies. Property Damage
Guests may be responsible for damage to the property, its contents, or its surroundings caused by the guest or members of their party during their stay, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable booking platform. Stay Haven Homes reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items. For stays booked through Airbnb, AirCover for Hosts may provide additional protection subject to Airbnb's terms and eligibility requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stay Haven Homes LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable reservation.
