Nevaeh is a licensed real estate agent with a passion for property markets, investment opportunities, and the business of real estate. She brings the knowledge and experience to evaluate properties, understand local markets, and identify opportunities that align with Stay Haven Homes's long-term vision.
Her background in real estate gives Stay Haven Homes a foundation of credibility and expertise — from evaluating potential properties to understanding the transactions and market dynamics that drive smart investment decisions.
Joseph Pace
Co-Founder · Contracting & Property Operations
Joseph works in contracting and brings hands-on expertise in property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and construction. His background means Stay Haven Homes understands properties from the inside out — not just as investments, but as physical spaces that need to be maintained, improved, and cared for.
Joseph's knowledge ensures that every Stay Haven Homes property is kept to a high standard — and that when issues arise, they're handled quickly, correctly, and with the kind of attention that protects the property long-term.

From One Property to a Portfolio
Stay Haven Homes is starting with short-term rental operations along Florida's Gulf Coast — but the long-term vision is much bigger. The goal is to grow from operating short-term rentals into acquiring properties, building a real estate investment portfolio, and creating exceptional hospitality experiences across multiple markets.
