These are general house rules intended to apply to Stay Haven Homes properties. Additional or property-specific rules may apply and will be provided with your booking information. Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the rules specific to their reservation.
Respect the Property
Treat the property with care. Report any damage or issues immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside Stay Haven Homes properties. Outdoor smoking policies may vary by property, and guests must follow all property-specific rules regarding smoking.
No Unauthorized Guests
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the applicable booking. Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted, subject to any property-specific rules.
No Events or Parties
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Stay Haven Homes and permitted by the property.
Pets
Pets are only permitted at properties where they are expressly allowed. Guests must comply with any applicable pet rules, restrictions, or fees disclosed for their reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional charges or other action permitted under the applicable booking terms and platform policies.
Noise & Neighbors
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or activity that violates applicable local rules or property-specific requirements is not permitted. Guests must follow any quiet hours provided with their booking.
Checkout
Guests should leave the property in a clean and orderly condition. Dispose of trash, wash dishes, and follow any specific checkout instructions provided with your booking.
Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes with unauthorized individuals.
Compliance
Guests must comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and ordinances during their stay.
Violations of these house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation or termination of a reservation, removal from the property, or other action permitted by applicable law, the applicable booking terms, or third-party platform policies.
