Stay Haven Homes is not a traditional property management company. We enter into a lease agreement with the property owner and operate the property as a professionally managed short-term rental. The owner receives their agreed-upon lease payment. Stay Haven Homes handles the hospitality operations.

If the property is a fit, we discuss the partnership structure, lease terms, responsibilities, and expectations on both sides.
Agreement
We establish the appropriate legal agreement. Nothing moves forward without a signed agreement that both parties understand.
Property Preparation
The property is prepared, furnished (if needed), photographed, and made guest-ready before any listing goes live.
Operations Begin
Stay Haven manages the agreed-upon day-to-day hospitality operations. The owner receives their lease payment on the agreed schedule.

Listing Management
We strategically position each property across leading short-term rental platforms, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, as well as our own direct booking website.
Guest Communication
We handle all guest inquiries, check-in instructions, checkout information, and guest issues throughout the stay.
Professional Cleaning
Properties are professionally cleaned and reset between every guest stay to a consistent standard.
Property Inspections
Properties are inspected after stays and periodically to identify damage, maintenance needs, or missing items.
Maintenance Coordination
Joseph's contracting background means property issues are understood and addressed with real hands-on knowledge. Maintenance and repairs are coordinated through Stay Haven Homes.
Pricing Strategy
We manage pricing and calendar availability with the goal of strong occupancy and a quality guest experience.

Additional Protection Through Airbnb.
Eligible stays booked through Airbnb may receive protection through AirCover for Hosts, which includes up to $3 million in Host damage protection and up to $1 million in Host liability insurance, subject to Airbnb's terms, conditions, exclusions, and eligibility requirements.
AirCover is not traditional property insurance and does not guarantee reimbursement for every type of damage or loss. Property owners should maintain appropriate insurance coverage and discuss short-term rental use with their insurance provider before entering into an agreement. Stay Haven makes no representations about AirCover coverage or eligibility.
